Anybag is changing the destination of millions of plastic bags in New York City. Since 2020, they have recycled more than 500,000 plastic bags and turned them into fancy tote bags. Their products range in price from $38 for a small passport wallet to $248 for a larger tote bag.

Imagine if all the plastic bags that are sent to the landfill were turned into tote bags? Americans dispose 100 billion bags per year and Five trillion plastic bags are produced worldwide. If everyone thought about the environmental impact of plastic bags, then less plastic bags would be produced and more people would recycle their already existing plastic bags.
